Kate is the co-founder and owner of Black Dinah Chocolatiers, an
award-winning artisanal chocolate-making company founded on Isle au Haut, Maine in 2007. The company recently expanded production to Westbrook, and has three retail locations in Westbrook, Blue Hill, and Isle au Haut.

Stewart Magazine, the Boston Globe, Vegetarian Times and many others.
Author of the award-winning cookbook Desserted, winner of two Good Food Awards, and named the 2012 Home-based Business Champion by the SBA, Kate splits her time between Portland and Isle au Haut.
